SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday), except on public holidays. Order tracking details will be shared to your registered email address. Once shipped, please allow 4-5 business days for your order to reach you, depending on your pin code.

We offer free shipping PAN India. We do not ship internationally.

Any claims regarding missing items or items damaged in transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by an unboxing video showcasing the AWB number on the shipping label affixed to the package. Please note that we will not be able to replace any missing or damaged items if this process is not followed.

Any disputes relating to delivery, including claims that an order has been marked as delivered but has not been received, must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery status being updated by our logistics partner. We are not liable to investigate or process claims raised after this period.
